To walk to lunch from the design office would take about 20 minutes, so rather then being lazy and driving. The design team (7 guys and 1 girl, soon to be 2) all bike to and from lunch. A great way to get around - zipping through the trees on the gravel muddy road. As well as keeping fit, which is contradicted by going to the pub for dinner every night...

Joined a Biker Gang
Best form of transportation? Hands down a bicycle.

Fredericton, NB
Fredericton! So exciting. Uncle picked me up right on time and we headed to a pub to meet the design team.
6:30 A.M. Start NICE! Just like the good old days...of high school.

Milk with your tea? Yes, please.

2 Mad Men Episodes Later
Plane to myself and nine other citizens.
And the standard landing photos. Very exciting.
Popping the ears - ouchie.
Car, Boat, Plane
Quuuuick ferry ride to Porter. Going to miss you Toronto.
Annnnd Porter is amazing. Complementary food, drinks, wi-if, great lounge. How flying used to be and should be. Makes for a much more enjoyable trip.
New Bear Friend Boris from my dear friend Patton. Thank you so much. Although him and Garmin are having troubles getting along...
Passport&Boarding Pass I probably check if I have my passport and ticket every 4 minutes before boarding.
I'm slightly ridiculous in the lounge area. Carrying too many things; a bear, dropping stuff everywhere, back pack over flowing, super sweaty one minute and chilly the next - pretty hilarious.
Passport Photos are now in colour. Tip get your photo done near the end of summer when your tan is fresh and glowing. Make sure not to be burnt and tomatoey.

Packing: Do's, Don'ts & Can't Help Myself
Packing is an art that I have yet to master. Bring to much and your pissed at yourself for over excessive packing. Bring to little and you could freeze, or not go swimming or come across a storm on June 1st 2009, true story - These are my fears when not packing enough.
Tricks to Packing Always roll your T-shirts, tank-tops and pajamas. This allows more room in your suit case and keeps clothes from crinkling.
Plan Outfits This way you wont pack random articles of clothing. If everything you pack goes together, you'll have a number of outfits to choose from.
Firstly lay your pants flat on the bottom of your suit case. This takes up much less area space as well as keeps them fresh for your morning business meeting.
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS pack warmly! You never know if you'll be biking down the main street of Victoria BC and a torrential down pour occurs half way to your designation. - True story, message me for further comedic details.
Packing Shoes is like packing a 8 month pregnant woman into a roller-coaster seat. It just doesn't work. Neither is it safe, for the pregnant lady, not your shoes. So chose wisely, think about comfort, yet style. One must represent themselves properly at all times.
Jewelry should have tissue paper neatly folded around it. A trick my Gaga (grandmother) taught me. Don't take all of your precious jewels. When traveling you never know what may happen. And losing your great grandmothers gold necklace would not make for a happy trip.
And ladies, don't forget your panty hose!
Garmin's Thoughts travel lite. This coming from the bear that resembles Hilt from the 'Great Escape'. The shot-down-pilot-look. Everything you need is held in your pockets and your always ready for the next adventure. - Thanks Garmin.
New Brunswick Bound
Tomorrow I am catching the 13:15 plane from Toronto islands and flying to Fredericton to start my internship.
With over 100-billion tones of water pouring in and out of the Bay of Fundy twice a day it . Which is located on the South East coast of New Brunswick, the bay holds the worlds largest tides.
Looking forward to the ocean, lobster but mostly working on the film project.
